Since taking the helm as CEO, Tonny has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation—from a traditional mining operator into a forward-looking energy player with a strong emphasis on innovation, safety, and environmental responsibility. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint, strengthened stakeholder relations, and implemented best practices in mining technology and sustainability.
Tonny holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and regularly speaks at industry forums on topics such as responsible mining, energy transition, and leadership in the resource sector. Utami Sastramihardja brings over two decades of hands-on experience in mining operations, project management, and process optimization. As Chief Operational Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s end-to-end operational activities—ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across all sites.
Her career began in field engineering and quickly progressed to leadership roles in large-scale mining projects throughout Indonesia. Known for her strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset, Utami has led multiple initiatives to enhance production output, implement smart mining technologies, and streamline operational workflows.
Utami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and a certification in Operational Risk Management. She is also a strong advocate for diversity in the mining sector and actively mentors young professionals, especially women pursuing careers in engineering and operations.
Her leadership continues to play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Desy Natalia is a seasoned finance executive with over 18 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and strategic investment within the mining and energy sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, she leads the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust fiscal management, transparency, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining the company, Desy held key positions in several multinational corporations where she managed complex budgets, oversaw mergers and acquisitions, and implemented financial systems that improved efficiency and accountability. Her sharp financial insight and risk management capabilities have been instrumental in optimizing capital allocation and driving long-term value for the organization.
Desy holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is a certified public accountant. She is widely respected for her integrity, attention to detail, and ability to align financial operations with broader business objectives.
